Hey there kickas family. Hope all is well (as can be) I've been MIA for a few months and thought it was time I come home to my kickas family and reconnect. I had gone through quite a bit and thought it best to stay away until I can be of help or just a little more cheery. As many of you know I was considering a third back surgery and found I just couldn't make that decision to permanently fuse my whole lumbar spine while I can still walk. I insted elected to start aquatic therapy for 3 months and it went very well. I temporarily stopped to leave town for 6 weeks and head to some warmer weather and spend the holidays with our son who lives in south Florida. I'm doing much better emotionally now that we are south of the cold and snow. I have WIFI at our current campground for a couple weeks and I will try to pop in when I can.

I've missed you all and there are many new members I will have to get to know though it will take me a while

Cindy

I am so happy to hear from you. I remember that last year you went down to visit your son and took your time while camping in your moterhome. It's the only way to travel. Enjoy the warm weather and take it easy. We sure missed you.

So glad you are feeling better and the warmer weather is suiting you. Isn't WIFI wonderful!

I just printed off your exercise sheets today too to check that I am doing enough. Thanks for those (not sure how long ago you did them).

Skywalker, just knowing that I can help is enough for me. That's what I'm here for.

Lisa, I've missed you too. Have been trying to keep up reading the last couple months.

Donna, same trip this year with all the kinks work out from last year. The warm weather has been great. I understand that it will be snowing for Christmas at home, so I'm glad to be here with my son.

Molly, the aquatic therapy was great and will get back to it in January when I get home. For now, I'm really enjoying this trip and being able to spend Christmas with my son. I will be missing my daughter, but she and her husband will join up next Christmas.

Cemc, so glad you are doing those exercises. We all need them. I originally posted them a few years ago and Mig helped me to them available anytime. Yes WIFI is great. I have dialup at home and a lot of times I have trouble posting so I will be able to get here for the next 2 weeks till we move on to another area and new campground.

love you all
Cindy

Hi Cindy

Glad to hear you are doing better, hope the aquatic exercises did some good for you. Nice to hear you are doing better emotionally too. I know I was in a funk a couple of weeks ago for no reason. That type of depression scares me but I seemed to snap out of it after a couple days. Jealous of you being in warmer weather wink , no snow here yet but getting colder as the days go by.

Happy Holidays Cindy!!! Stay good smile
