Great to read that you got some help from the aquatic therapy and even better to see you got out of the cold. Nothing better then an escape to Florida when the cold weather hits. I haven't done it since the girls were born but a decade or so ago I loved to get down there.

Tim, it's good to hear from you. I hope you 3 have a very merry holidays.

Sue, Happy Holidays to you too.

Michelle, I hope you are doing better these days. I know it's been a tough one.

Steve, I'll bet you are busy this week. What a joyful week with little ones.

Jeff, I do hope you are feeling better this week. I can't wait to get back into the pool when I get home, but for now, the weather is beautiful here and does make a huge difference.

Lon, Have a very Merry Christmas. I'll bet you are busy at church this week. What a joyful time of year no matter where we are.

John, Yes the aquatic therapy is wonderful for me. It hasn't helped the back and leg pain but it has helped with a lot of other things and definately helped strengthening and other joints. Have a Merry Christmas.

To all my Kickas family - No matter what or how you celebrate this season, I hope you all find Peace, and Joy this season. Take time to reflect on the importance of this season and what is most important in your lives. Think of what you still have and not the things you have lost.

Cindy
