If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

In Giraud Campbell's book about arthritis, he writes that when you are so inflamed, then sometimes all you can do is very gentle movements, just to get the circulation going. That makes sense to me. I try and do at least a few minutes of yoga and take a walk each day, whether that walk is 10 minutes or twice that or more. It does help a great deal, I think.

Excellent response, I find the more focused my prayer is the more I am able to deal with and even channel the pain. God Bless

When I'm in a flare l find a long hot shower or bath to warm up and ease the pain in my muscles and joints before a workout helps a great deal.

Hi Jan: I find taking a lukewarm shower before exercise helps warm up my joints. You don't want it too hot , as that can increase inflammation. Gentle stretching and walking is wonderful for your joints when you are in a flare. When you are done, try applying ice to bring down the inflammation.
