If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

if your thyroid is a little low (hypo), that's an easy thing for them to adjust. i've been on synthroid (hormone) for several years now, and my numbers have been really good since they started the synthroid. one of the easier things i have to manage.

Could also be Raynaud's syndrome. I have this cold problem - even wear a woolly knitted head-hugger in bed at night, plus the bedsocks and two hotties AND sweat pants - as warmer than jim-jams.
So, check for Raynaud's and also for hypothyroid. In addition get yr blood pressure checked as well as -

many people suffering with autoimmunity have low adrenal gland function. Feeling cold is one symptom. Others include fatigue, feeling lightheaded when going from lying to standing or sitting to standing, very low energy in the morning, trouble sleeping, inflammation, jittery feelings.

I don't generally feel cold. My mother has AS also, her gut component is more severe than mine Poor absorption renders her fairly anemic and thus always had the feeling of a chill. She added iron rich foods and supplements and removed certain foods that agitated gut and that cold feeling not much of a problem any morr
