Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise

Oh Michelle, after all you have been through, it just seems so utterly unfair that you have another battle to face. I really hope that you will receive the very best of care and rest in the hospital, along with a treatment plan that will renew your hope.
Please know that you are in my thoughts too, I'm wishing you every bit of strength that you will beat this and be feeling stronger again soon.

Hi Yall... I was able to come home today to spend Easter with my family, it feels so good to be home...  Words cannot describe how much I appreciate you all, the outpouring of love & support has touched my heart, so very deeply...  Thank you for the prayers, cards, flowers, calls, there's so much to be thankful for...thank you for everything!!! Lon, you never cease to amaze me, always thinking of others...  ...I do have a special request from you, my friend... please pray for Michael, he is really struggling with this and I'm worried about him...  Mig, I wish I could snuggle with that kitty, it looks so cozy... I'll be back on this evening, after everyone leaves.. thank you again, my KA family...you truly are a blessing!!!

Hi Louise, I really appreciate all the great advice...the hospital dietician came in and gave me a crash course and tons of literature, so I know that'll help a lot...thanks for the love & positive vibes too...
