Ran 11.24 miles in 2 hours and 7 minutes. I ran up the canyon, and when I was about 1 miles from where I was turning around something the trees took off. Scared me to death. It may have been a deer, but I think I would have seen it. I just saw the bushes moving as it ran away.

Be safe! hope it was a deer rather than a bear smile

Yesterday we cleaned the teaching lab for 3 hours straight, a good workout, good to be up moving, rather than sitting on my butt! smile

1500 metres in the pool.
I even did some cleaning, not a usual hobby of mine. The business is set to open this week and the cleaner didn´t do a great job so my wife and I went in and cleaned up. I hate cleaning apart from washing the plates but when needs be needs must and I just have to get to it.

Could it have been a cougar, a puma or a mountain lion? I´ve heard so many names for what I believe is the same animal? Here in the Canaries the biggest wild animal is the bunny rabbit and there are no poisonous snakes or spiders. Life can be mundane (great when you have small kids).

At least it isn't the dreaded jackalope!

Yes, agreed, only good to clean when one wants to do so, not when one is forced to do so.

Walked around an arts festival 1.5 hours. Mileage unknown; could use a pedometer, and even had one in my purse, but not that motivated to know.

Tummy and bowels doing flip flops today; do not know why? so on a semi-liquid, soft foods diet today. Hoping temporary.

Yesterday I swam 650 yds, today 1,000 yds. rainbow

Today I went out to get on my trike and SOME JERK HAS STOLEN IT!mad

I've reported the theft to the police and posted a photo on every single local agency's facebook page i could find.

I'm really bummed, because I don't have $1,200 to replace it. mad2

Anyway, good to see everyone checking in over the weekend. yes

Go TEAM! clap
