WELCOME TO KICKAS!

Here you will find all the info, understanding and support that AS'ers need!!!

Just a little hint...the NSD is not as bad as it sounds!!!
It is all a little overwhelming in the beginning but you get used to it!

Just ask questions if you don't understand anything at all.
No question here is "silly" ... so just ask away!!!

Glad you joined us!

Take Care
Ann

Hi Al,

You are so right that it's good to be in touch with people who know and understand what it means to have AS. I'm a newbie here myself and this site has just about kept me sane in the last few days!

Welcome on board, look forward to knowing more about you.

See you soon!

Take care,

Jan

Hi Al,
Welcome to the best site for AS. This is a great place for info, help and friendly people who really understand what life with AS is like.

JUst popped in to say welcome to the site. Gotta be honest with ya'. I have AS and have had it for a while. I sure as shootin' don't understand it though.

Gotta believe it must have something to do with a long lost relative losing some sort of unworldly bet with some creature of the Netherworld. WHo knows, maybe we all had foolish ancestor in the same ill-begotten poker game way back when. Well, its a theory.

Hi Al,
I am a rather "newbie" too! Welcome! This is the best, most informative, most supportive, most loving site I have found for AS! Stick around and become part of the family! I am currently trying the NSD! It seems to be working for me rather well! Lots of Salads, fresh fruit, meat and veggies! I hope you like EGGS! It is hard but for many it pays off WELL! Try it out and see!
Welcome,
Janet
