If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

A lot of these are the same or very similar to what my physio therapist has told me to do as well. A lot of these I have also seen/done in my yoga classes that I have been taking and I think the yoga classes are great. My instructor has been very encouraging and helpful to myself and others who need modifications or variations of the exercises/poses. She always says to do what you can.
Diagnosed with AS in early Sept 2012 Started on a "no-starch" diet end of Nov 2012 and feeling much better because of it. Have also found some relief wearing an amber necklace.

Some effective stretching tips for those who have started stretching. Do not stretch to the point of pain and do not bounce up and down while stretching. Breathe naturally and slowly as you hold the stretch and your breathing should be under control. Avoid the no pain no gain mentality and stop if it hurts.
