I can't take anti inflammatories because I have Polycystic Kidney Disease! They did let me try Ibuprofen and Naproxen but they didn't really do anything. Because I have failed 2 courses I'm eligible for some special drug that you have to apply for so we'll see what happens at my next appointment!
I'll have a look at that video! When I was in NZ I went completely starch free for a good long while but I really didn't feel much benefit at all.
