If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello, I've been on the LSD with great success but lately I've been flaring up and I don't know why. I've been consuming lots of fruits during the day. Papaya, melon and pineapple in the morning and then some in the afternoon and maybe a little bit more after having dinner. Can too much fruit make me flare up? Thanks!!

Pineapple could be the reason, a lot of people react to it.. also be careful with sugar intake

Hi, Have you tested your fruit for starch? In the UK tropical fruits often test starchy as they have been cold stored/picked too early so the sugars turn to starch. I even have to be careful with melon as it can test starchy, papaya I think is borderline for starch anyway.
NSD almost all the way No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop

Thank you so much, will definitely check on the pineapple. I've read from many sources that it might be the reason for some of my pain. Thank you again!

Another reason could be candidas if overconsuming sugar. Are you eating other foods with sugar as well... raisons became problematic for me at times as they have a lot of sugar.
