If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello everyone, just wanted to consult something with you guys. I've been improving greatly with the NSD, having 3-4 days without a flare up, but then last week I starting having pain again in my lower back which isn't gone yet. The thing is that I've recently started consuming things that I had left because of the NSD. Coffee, vinegar, some nuts, and a lot of fruit. Like a LOT. I eat like 1 or two melons a day, a blackberry smoothie in the afternoons, and 2+ cups of coffee. I read from somewhere that all of this could affect candida. I also ate a lot of mushrooms last week, including some that were "magical" (if u know what I mean). That could have lead to the flare up I had the next day. I have a lot of the symptoms for candida, like an athlete's foot that won't go away, fatigue, dry mouth, I'm always thirsty, some acne in my ears, and skin rashes in my hands. I decided to give the Anti-candida diet a try. I'm going to quit eating fruit, coffee, vinegar, nuts and alcohol for a whole month to see if there's any improvement. I've been taking oregano oil and coconut oil as antifugals, and I just bought some probiotics (Nature's Bounty) to heal my gut flora. I would really appreciate some advice on this diet and if you guys think I'm doing the right thing. Is candida making my recovery much slower? Can I still have coconut butter on this diet? Thanks!!!!!!

Hi Rafeal, Vinegar seems to make me hurt. I think some of us have bodies that are a little more sensitive to foods and have to be careful with them. I can eat some foods a little more freely now than I could before. Six months ago I would flare so easily over the smallest thing. I can get away with some of the fringe foods in real small quantities as my gut heals. My joints look SO MUCH BETTER and my nodules have disappeared, I had 5 now I just have one, all with DIET!!! Starch still makes my lower back hurt so I stay away.
Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year. www.fatsickandnearlydead.com excess fat/oils = pain for me recipes for raw food on Youtube "raw food romance" and "healing josephine" Josephine is in remission from RA after two years by change diet/exercise
