Hey guys, sorry this is a silly question, but what's the best way to eat broccoli? My diet right now consists of only eggs, chicken, salmon, broccoli, cucumber, spinach and collar greens. That's it. But I'm fighting a flare right now. Ate some raw broccoli for breakfast. Is it better for me to cook it? Steam it? I really appreciate everything everyones doing here!

I put broccoli and cauliflower and lots of other stuff in my Vitamix and make great green smoothies.

Please tell some of that "lots of other stuff" as it is very difficult to find it for many people who are dealing with AS...thank You.
