I picked up some glutamine powder today but was unsure how much to use. Does anyone use DGL or colostrum?

Hello Lulu,
in my personal experience I have not seen any notable positive effects from taking glutamine powder. I do however take it whenever I see myself forced to take an anti-inflammatory pill as I've read somewhere that it protects the intestinal tract from the corrosive effects of the anti-inflamatory medication.
DGL on the other hand has proved to be absolutely fantastic in preventing or accelerating the healing of my gastric ulcers!! Therefor I highly recommend it!

I use L-Glutamine powder every day. It has great affects for my stomach and intestines. My valve where the small and large intestine gets inflamed and the powder helps a lot. I use the scoop that comes with it (1 scoop) mixed in water. Works great!
