If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Oooh, good question! I've wondered if this is something safe to eat on NSD, since regular yeast is not. It's billed as containing no starch on the supplement front. Anyone eat this? I have a bunch of recipes that call for it, and so far I haven't taken the plunge.

I've used in a couple of recipes and I didn't have any pain level increase but the last time I used it, I got very sick to my stomach within a couple of hours. Maybe related to the nutritional yeast, maybe not.
I have read that you shouldn't eat more than a certain amount a day (I can't remember what that is but I want to say a couple tbsp). It does make whatever you're cooking taste good but I haven't used it since.

I use it all the time. I like to sprinkle it on avocados and use it with eggs. I don't think it has starch. I haven't noticed any negative reactions from it, it's really good for you.
Everything is okay. Trust yourself, and do not live from a place of fear.
