If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi,
I tried Chiro twice and it hurt both times I so never went back. Instead I do yoga (not for everyone) but there are some real good spine twists that you can chose when to stop. I didn't have any fusion when diagnosed 4 years ago but even with yoga and through yoga I have noticed a reduced range of motion, at only 32 years old. It seems to be a constant battle.
