If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

This guy is NOT a dancer. He is a contortionist. A very good, entertaining, and amusing one but a contortionist none the less. That is why he ran away with his tail between his legs when he was tasked with actual dancing.

On Saturday I ran for 8.2 miles along the trail they finished last year. The canal is hidden, but a nice running trail is on top. This morning I woke up at 4:30. I thought I need to go back to sleep because I am getting up to go running at 5:30. Then of course I could not get back to sleep. Ran 3 mile this morning in total darkness.

What a difference a day makes:
Today we're under a blizzard and travel advisory.
Yesterday it was in the high 40s so I walked:
¼ mile from the car, ¼ mile to walk a colleague to her office, ¼ mile back, ¼ mile to lunch, ¼ mile back, 1 mile walk with another colleague, ¼ mile back to car.
all told: 2.5 miles of walking. Time ~ 1 hour of walking.
No wonder SI joint hurt a bit.

Good job on the walking Sue, well done.
This morning I got up to run. Full winter running gear, as the temperature was about 33 degrees (This is Fahrenheit not celcius). No one else showed up for the run. Running by myself and my light was loosing power. Made it back before I had no light, but it was very dim. 3 miles running.

2 days of 40 minutes walking in the river / swimming. today we walked Lola and Emily- 1/2.
5# weights for my shoulders - otherwise my biceps shrink down to fried egg size.

Does knitting count? I knitted a scarf for my father and my wrists were so painful that I couldn't trust myself to drive to the pool for aquatics.

Hi everyone.
Being a young athletic male I have been battling some issues returning to my pre-diagnostic physical ability, and still experience pain when trying to run. I have continued to cycle and swim with minimal discomfort, however I am wondering whether any other friends on this site experienced similar symptoms in the first 2 years they first noticed the chronic unremitting back pain, and how it resulted (returning to running).

Ran 3 miles this morning. I was sick on Friday, and still felt week on Saturday so instead of running I walked for 3 miles.
@Flynny: Running has always made me feel better. Sometimes the first 1/2 mile is hard, but then I loosen up. Your mileage may vary since we are all different.
