If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Interesting that you showed inflammation on endoscopy. Did they check for eosinophils? Eosinophilic oesophagitis is a possibility. Agree with Sue that coeliac disease would have been unlikely to show up if you had been gluten free. it also requires an endoscopy that goes further than the stomach or duodenum into the first part of the jejunum. If you are strictly gluten free, then any coeliac-related discomfort should have disappeared. If you aren't strictly gluten free (i.e. if you may be getting small amounts of gluten, or hidden gluten) then you may want to try a strict GF diet.

I struggle with gastritis periodically and once a year on average I also get incredibly painful SI and stomach ulcers. What worked for me brilliantly and consistently was and is DGL Licorice! I swear by it! Next, a bit less effective but also helpful - Sanogastril. Third, Ranitidine - this one I only use when an ulcer hits me out of the blue (mostly because I cheated with the diet).
Diagnosed with AS at 30, HLAB-27+, struggling with chronic IBS since I was 10, still learning how to cope with both... Meds: Sulfasalazine, ZnCarnocine, Digestive enzymes, probiotics
