If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hello all,
I've discovered a really helpful exercise that activates all those non-articulatory joints in the lower back and that is easily incorporated into daily life - washing up the dishes while standing on a balance board. The effort to balance while using hands in a forward position is a workout that I don't realize I'm doing until all the dishes are clean.
I bought a plastic balance board from Amazon for £9 and will invest in a higher-quality wooden balance board when the plastic wears out, as surely it will. It may take some practice but I highly recommend trying it. Standing on a wobble cushion at first may be less difficult but as effective; I actually carry around a wobble cushion in a linen bag so that I can sit more comfortably on chairs when I'm not at home where I use an exercise ball as a seat.
Stay flexible !

My knees have been swollen and causing my legs to atrophy for years, now. The idea of using a balance board hadn't occurred to me until I saw this post, thanks!
