30 minutes on the elliptical this morning. I could have run out side, but there are still a few spots on the road with ice.

I worked Sat. & Sunday.
I get very tired, but so glad that Ican get a few hours.

So much emotion. I realize that with most felons, it is not just the crime they commit, they have such broken lives and seldom do they have a stable family. So I get tired listening and guiding them...

Hello Team!

My dream is to reach 10k hits on this fitness team thread.

WAIT, we are almost at 20M! Wow.

Our pastor has been citing The Top Five Regrets of the Dying and The Power of Habit in his lessons lately.

It so interesting to observe my habits. Such as exercise is one of my best habits, that serves me most, and consuming M&Ms is the least effective.

It's also interesting to observe others and stay out of their business with the unhealthy habits.

Ok, I'm going nowhere with this really... just commentary about my thought life.

I've been cleaning, riding, walking slow, and swimming every day.

Go TEAM! clap

dream? regret? habit?

I dream of frenchfries. I regret getting lazy about the exercise. I need to get back into my habit of walking. I'm gaining the weight I had lost back and so need to get more walking in. but I do adore french fries.

You really crack me up! floor

My hubby had lost over 30lbs by cutting out grains, legumes, peanuts, sugar, and white potatoes.

Once the christmas chocolate is gone, its almost gone, I need to ban chocolate from my life til I lose 5-10 lbs, its the only way I can lose weight. Then I'll be dreaming of chocolate. smile

fries and pies smile I like that smile

walked a bit today, mostly errands, so didn't keep track of the time or steps....

I need to find my pedometer and start walking as a habit again....school starts monday, so that's when I get back to a routine.
