If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Green and white tea are thought to be anti-inflammatory.
Black tea should be OK but the high caffeine content could cause some joint issues if you had too much. The tannins can also be harsh on your stomach.
Herbal tea such as mint should be fine.
Spice-based teas such as licorice could in theory contain some starch, if that's what concerns you.

Have taken basic tea (tea bag) with milk for 60 years.............my AS is as grim and sever as it has always been so can be categorical in my assertion that Tea will not harm you..............keep an eye out for the Dragon though

Green tea is good - *always use leaf tea, not T`bags (don`t take any notice of our resident clown - IOW Ineptwill...) T`bags are made of chemically treated material, and, being in a bag the leaf cannot unfurl and give the micronutrients.
Add fresh lemon juice and a touch of honey and, for anti-inflammatory, grated fresh ginger. Yea, I know, a flippin fag to prepare !
Or, good black leaf tea. There are many leaf teas to choose from. Check out specialists importers and learn from blogs and the internet. It is a fascinating subject. I love tea.

Just recently I purchased some called "Matcha" ceremonial green tea. You can also purchase a grade that can be used for cooking. It's the tea leaves in powder form and the greener the better. So instead of discarding the leaves, you get the nutrients from the whole leaf. I bought mine from Amazon as I like to read the reviews to help me decide on my purchases there. Do a little research on Matcha green tea, I think you'll like it. The brand I purchased was called kenko, it's organic and from Japan. This company takes particular care with its product.

Tea is my beverage of choice: white, green, oolong, flavored blacks, herbals.
My favorite brands are tea forte, harney and sons, teaism.
I also like making herbal from my herb garden: mint, anise hyssop, lavender, lemon verbena, chamomile.
Or I make ginger tea: fresh grated ginger, cinnamon, vanilla and honey.
