What do people use for carbs (besides fruit) on a starch free/LSD diet?

Hi there,
I stick to honey (hee hee) and I find fruit is the best for energy when it is falling away.
Had some trouble with some hidden starch recently but, seems that good old fruit is best!
Mrs T7 makes these cool fruit ball thingies out of dried fruit and almond pieces and honey.....they're great!!
Stay away from starch dude!!
