If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Not happy Jan!? Which side of the bed did you get out of? Sigh.... There's alot I could say and frankly I'm rather busy elswhere with family problems and such. Mother had accident on top of everything else. Was trying to get some info to you- not selling a darn cotton picking thing. Information was, I thought, a starting point. Shall save whatever facts I have for others to share with. I love TNJ as well as I love my cats. Run along a pop a pil heh? Seems to be your style.......... Glad it works for you. Hopefully your disease won't progress anywhere near others. You seem to be a newbie to this AS thing. You also seem to be one of the lucky ones who didn't go through years of waiting and all the other horendous experiences that this can entail. Anytime, anywhere, I'd rather drink any real juice than swallow any pill. Seriously doubt you could come up with some good ones. Would be interested if you did, though I'd doubt it would be worth much.. Good Bye phe0na Keep on Kickin' AS

Thanks Zark :-) Look forward to spending more time on this site. The flame wars really have started ? *sigh*... I really dont think there is any excuse for being rude, particularly when someone is just trying to help. Although I think we would both agree in this respect: I find pyramid selling schemes and agressive marketing distasteful. And I also get annoyed with, and doubt, claims that a particular brand like "Tahitian Noni Juice" (TNJ) is the better than all other brands I am REALY glad that the Noni Juice works for you, regardless of other details. Simply sad to see people put off by ignorance..At least one company has behaved rather badly. Morinda Inc. have used agressive marketing, including email spamming. And you know very well that this behaviour is a nail in the coffin for any future research. Researchers will from now on be tainted with fear of associating themselves with an undesirable image.. and possible loss of credibility. Spamming is Highly frowned upon by Morinda Inc. (Now Tahitian Noni International Inc.) There are consequences for people who do such things.
One of the sites I mentioned originaly has a large growing group list of companies using this remarkable fruit. You have the choice, though this is largely due to Morinda doing the ground work. They were the original, and people and companies strive to duplicate that susscess. That being said, they inject money back into the people and do alot of things with integrety. They can also tell exactly what is in each bottle. Alot have no idea and couldn't prove anything regarding quality. There is a danger, though I don't believe that TNJ the problem. But why should I care about the behaviour of one or two companies. Who cares?. It is not actually relevant. Why?, because it does not help us, in any way, to decide if the noni juice is effective or not. This is after all what Fiona's thread is really about. Thanks for that. Amen to anything natural that naturally helps your body to help itself Brilliant.
Man, I am SO glad I found this site. regardsKeep on Kickin' Asphe0na

Fiona I find very sad and offensive that you chosen to use this thread to made personal attacks and assumptions about me. Few facts about TNJ/your first few posts: 1. There is no need at all to mention brands, it is the effectiveness of the product that truly matters. 2. An email addy you cited was based at this company 3. Noni was excluded from Europe after The Novelty Food Act : "The product was taken off the market because of the 'Novelty Food' Act. Apparently, and I'm not completely clear about it now, but noni juice did not have any background/evidence for makers to be able to make claims for it. I believe there is a cut-off date for products and, as I mentioned, the criteria was not met and there is no substance in the claims 'within Europe'. However, the product may have beneficial properties but because of the European legislation - UK and European manufacturers are supposedly not permitted to sell noni juice." 4. Valid research does not cite "This article must therefore be hereby marked advertisement in accordance..." As for the personal comments you made about me and the assumptions about my AS: it is extremely unfair and hurtful that you choose to make personal attacks on me when you have absolutely no idea what is happening with my health, and in my life in general. If you did, I would hope you would be appalled and ashamed of your comments. If I ever get around to posting about my recent Rheumy appointment (January 2nd) you will understand what my current health status is, and why I have fears for the future - I know only too well how lucky I thought I was getting Dx early (btw, it started 3 yrs ago - so hardly a newbie) but from that appointment, there is certainly the potential that my difficulties may only just be beginning. I've never been a pill popper, and Sulpha is hardly your pricey DMARD. It's been stopped anyway. So I have no pills to pop Anyway, even if I was on the most expensive pharmaceutical available, my cost would be £2.40 (AUD$6.67, US$3.91) for 2/12 supply, even less if I got a pre-payment certificate. Money is hardly an issue anyway. I was sooooo looking forward to today, my flare is subsiding and I only have an hour or so of work to do. Yes, it's my day off, but when you have the pleasure of doing the work of two people...I'm just glad to be able to actually see daylight, all those unplanned extra hours/double shifts aren't good for a person, and I especially need my time off right now. My auntie collapsed and died on Saturday night, and the family are still reeling after a cousin died just before Christmas. There are other things happening with me that I'm not even going to go into. This is the danger of making assumptions Fiona, especially when you don't even know the other person or what is going on with them. I'll tell you a couple of things about me: when I say 'life's too short' I mean it, not just from personal experience, but from my nursing experience. In Nursing, you get to see the very best of people, and the very worst of people....there are some things I've seen and heard you would barely believe. You get to see people's true colours in certain situations, and sometimes people tell you the most appalling things, like a confessional, maybe in some vain hope you are going to be able to validate it?? I suppose it shows whats really important to them, and maybe it helps to emphasise whats really important to me....every cloud... Maybe you didn't like what I said about your apparent tactics, but at the end of the day, I was criticising the behaviour, unlike you who chose to criticise the person..... Best wishes, Jan Ta yn aigney hene eck dooinney agh ta y raad bene eck ben.

Hey I don't like your attitude. I like a waffle and I like sharing information as well as experiences. I am not a racist nor a discriminator. You have simply been rude from the start and flare ups aside, I was trying to help and I don't want nor need the consternation that you call respect. Get off my back and stop assuming you know it all. Kick someone elses [####] Honey phe0na

Yikes... I think we should all learn to use the PM button more often.. me included. Yup, sulpha is a good old cheap DMARD.. point taken. And I hear it actually works well for some people, and does nothing for others. However it is also a moderately dangerous drug, hence the constant need for blood tests to check that our liver is still functioning. In reply to:
people spend enormous amounts of money on the latest DMARD drugs
I was of course talking about more recent drugs such as enbrel, kineret and remicade which are all priced above USD$1000 a month. Loise placed remicade at USD$8500 a month!! Though I see others quote different prices...I am assuming that this price is without any kind of subsidised cover (?).
USD$8500 .. my gosh now there is a place for us to let our anger. And despite the prices, these drugs will of course keep you in a very unhealthy immune compromised state. A small number of unfortunate people contract serious infections and die.. Now tell me, who do you think is being rorted?

I just have one little comment on this whole thread, which is sadly crispy around the edges from all the sad flaming going on.
Brand can matter, at least in my personal experience. I'm not applying this to specifically noni juice, but to any kind of supplement.
The big thing here is quality control. There are a lot of companies out there that don't use decent quality control, especially when it comes to supplements. It's easy for them to do this and get away with it because it isn't a regulated industry, at least in the U.S.A.
I only use supplements from companies that pledge to potency-test every single batch of supplements they make. This give you reassurance that not only are you taking what's on the label and only on the label, but the right amount as well.
Another thing to do is do some research on the supplements you're taking. Some supplements might lose potency if they are put into a heat-bonded tablet instead of powder form in a capsule, for instance. These are all things you should be aware of.
So in a way the claim that "such and such" noni juice is better then "so and so's" noni juice may very well be true. Think of it this way. Is a hamburger patty from Burger King going to be as good a a Black Angus hamburger patty from, say, Fridays?
Just thought I'd point this out, since it's something that people might not think about.
Sometimes you do get what you pay for.
Edit: Sometimes you do get what you pay for, unless it's Snake Oil and has no benefit to you whatsoever. I've never used Noni Juice and I don't support it or oppose it's usage/sale. Call my neutral on whether it would be worth your moolah. My post I guess should be used as a more general guideline than anything.

They appear to be deleted after a while.. probably to save space on their server. I will have to PM or email you.
Can't do it right now, as the file is on my home PC and I am at work. So I will send it later. PM me if I forget to send it to you...
regards, z
