hmm, that was easy. I just typed in: "royal rife" free download
into google and got some (free?) software that allows you to generate these sounds

* here is a free program you can download and generate those sound frequencies (oops it isn't really free. You get 30 days of free use, after that you are supposed pay) :

The program is tiny, and only takes a second to install. You probably could use a sub-woofer to get accurate reproduction of these frequencies. Small speakers might distort the sound too much.

* OK rife.org looks like a good web site. Seems to have good info about the work of "Dr. Royal Rife"..
