into google and got some (free?) software that allows you to generate these sounds

http://www.esser.u-net.com/rife.htmThe program is tiny, and only takes a second to install. You probably could use a sub-woofer to get accurate reproduction of these frequencies. Small speakers might distort the sound too much.
