Autoimmune diseases are on the increase per capita in developed countries. There are many triggers that do not create chronic symptoms until decades after the trigger. I believe that in the book titled "The Status Syndrome" by Marmot I read that the more physical, chemical and psychological insults that a person experiences before the age of twenty years-old then the more likely that the person shows bad health after the age of forty years old. No serious health issues are seen between the ages of twenty to forty years-old.

I am recommending the documentary titled "An Inconvenient Study" as food for thought. The documentary is on many video platforms for free. Its focus is on the childhood vaccine schedule but alludes to the industrial food system and environmental pollution as other triggers. The conclusion of the study done by the Henry Ford Health Foundation was that there is a significant and important signal that shows that unvaccinated people are much healthier than the unvaccinated. The Henry Ford Foundation decided not to publish the study using the excuse that the study was a retrospective study and not a double blind placebo test. The paradox is that ethnical boards will not allow double blind placebo tests for vaccines and so grass roots organizations and citizens are encouraged to pressure Big Pharma to do double blind placebo tests with long-term observations on all vaccines. I think that the same pressure needs to be put on Big Food regarding food additives.

Stay strong!
