I am having a bad time at the moment, but as we all do, I need my exercise, thank god for my little dog 'Ernesto Che' the king charles cavalier puppy..
I took him for a long drag along the local canal tow path today, didnt see another soul except people on canal boats and my little dog walks at my pace, it was lovely.
Despite the awful pain, the sun was out, the wind was gently blowing and considering how close I live to Heathrow and several main roads, the birds were singing.
Despite several misgivings at the onset I am so pleased I have my little dog now.
