If you're like me you have a tendency to blame everything on AS, but in addition to being blessed with this orphan illness we also can have the normal health problems of "normal" people. The Ace bandages sound good too. Are you on your feet all day? Any possibility of taking breaks to elevate them? You also could do that when you got home, just make sure they're higher than your head. And it might be water retention, due to the weather or whatever, Pamprin is a good over the counter diuretic.
