I'm glad you posted this question because I thought it was just me.
Ever since starting on Remicade I've been having a noticeable increase in dreams and nightmares, as well as insomnia which for me is a real first! I've always been a great sleeper generally, although was very sleep deprived (interrupted by pain) through the decade of my 20's. Falling asleep has never been an issue tho.
Remicade has helped my pain a great deal but has not been as effective in fighting fatigue. Being really fatigued and having insomnia at the same time is kinda bizarre but there it is.

I was hoping it would go away as I became more accustomed to the med but it hasn't really changed much at all. Thankfully, once I do manage to fall asleep I tend to have a great sleep... just dream-filled.
I'm not sure if it's the ability to recall the dreams upon waking or just spending longer time in the sleep state where dreams happen. I guess I just don't know enough about the subject of sleep patterns etc.
Cheers!
