I did indeed have a good day. I waited for the postman before heading out for work and sure enough with a reassuring thud some happiness was delivered on the day, including something all the way from Canada too! (That's some timing
) My colleagues at work had signed a card for me, I had a visit from my neice and my mum, and after work my brother took me out for a few drinkies. To add to that pleasure my boys had organised for two bottles of gluten free beer to get to me. How special are those kids??

Daddy, why can't you drink normal beer?
Because it contains gluten, and gluten makes me feel bad.

is gluten Daddy?
Well, it's a protein found in wheat and other things like barely. Barley and malt give beer it's flavour, and there's gluten in both those things.
