it was awful. My leg swelled to the size of a softball. it was red, itchy, and i could not walk on it. it was hot to the touch and it was raised. I called my doctor who sent me to emergency. they gave me benadryl and sent me home. The time before that I took one in my stomach and it hurt to use the bathroom for a week. I could not pick up anything or do anything that would stretch the skin on that side. It ended with bruising but I never took one in the side again. I am worried about being sick and I never thought to maybe take a break if I get sick. I have been sick since before Thanksgiving and I am still coughing a bit. I hope I get better soon. i will keep you posted on my Humira reactions
