Hi there, it's always good to hear when a KAer has got a life again. But I am sorry to hear you're feeling run down. Lisa made a good point - working full time and a five year old - you'd be feeling tired even if you didn't have AS.
I know you follow the NSD (kudos to you) and B12 injections have been suggested; however, I would also suggest a physical that includes an iron test. Auto-immune based iron deficiency is quite common - either your body doesn't absorb iron properly or it doesn't utilize it properly. Anyway, low iron can also cause fatigue and is worth looking into.
