I am so glad to see papaya is ok.
I have been seeing recepies with coconut milk and coconut. I am pleasently surprised since I like them, usually use then in a lot of Indian dishes and sweets and I didn't think them as non-strachy. Do they really not have any starch at all? Wow!
How about shrimp? And Mustard seeds and oil? I also saw Cilantro on the "good" list which is wonderful. That's another thing I like to use and it is a great cleanser.
