Sorry I can't help with your probiotics question, but no doubt others have/will. My daughter (UC) and I (IBS) have been taking them regularly for several years, and now my hubby, who's recovering from his battle with bowel cancer last year, is taking them daily as well. They certainly do make a difference!
My family and I have "uprooted" twice; from the UK to NZ in 1982, then on to Australia in 1984, so please feel free to PM me if I can help in any way. It's not easy, but even less so with 2 kids under 5!!!
