Hi,
My partner gets it quite a lot and what he does for his blocked ear is put olive oil in his ear and apparently it helps to dissolve the wax build up.He keeps his head on the side for a while and then he says the relief is just like that a click of his fingers.
Once he went to the doc and they syringed it out and gave him drops but he prefers olive oil.Hope this helps,
