I am so proud of you, it sounds like you took the bull by the horns and just decided to set your mind to it and you did it.
I am so glad that it seems your body and your life seems to be agreeing with you.
We miss seeing you here, try not to stay gone so long, it is stories like yours that help keep the rest of us going and realize that there is hope.
