I'm sorry you had such a bad day. This must be very frustrating for you. I'm glad that the Dr. acknowledged your pain and gave you something for it. With AS, pretty much all they can do is treat the symptoms, so is shouldn't make much difference if you have the diagnosis, if they will continue to treat your symptoms, I would think that the outcome would be the same. I'm not a Dr. but that makes sense to me.
