If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Thanks everyone for the nice welcome....I am just torn between using a very poewrful drug, (TNF) and seeing how I can do on my own. Let's face it more than likely I have had AS for about 10 years and I have a bit of damage to show for doing things my way for the past ten years. I just want to give myself every advantage so that I can limit the effects of this disease to my body. I just want to be able to be the same father to my child that I have been so far in terms of being physical. I want to make sure I am the one that teaches him how to catch, ride a bike, etc. I know so far I don't have a lot to complain about compared to others on this board as AS has not impacted what I can or cannot do very greatly. I just want to come up with a solid plan for keeping this at bay and I think I can do that from what I have learned here and from what I can learn from the medical community.
Thanks for your support
Chris
