update.....i guess i have to except the inevitable....i fell twice on friday and i may have cracked my back, my left arm is numb painful and i cant use it very well, i got severe pain radiating from my spine and neck that goes around to the chest, only way i can get some sleep is by sitting up if i lay down severe pain the kind that takes your breath away...i see my doc on the 3rd..im goin to try and hold out til then...oak
