As most of you now know I dumped the Rhumy and got an Immunolgogist.

My Immunologist did nore for me in 2 years than the Rhumy did in 12.

My Dr. now will let me try a TNF MY choice, BUT him and I both agree with my history of lung infections it's not a good idea unless every other option fails, the point is that I have that option if I want it.

About the ONLY difference I can see between the two is that if I need a cortisone shot or HUGE drugs I will need to find a pain Dr. which is probly a good idea anyway.

He already prescribes 20mg Oxycontin's and 75mg Fentanyl Patches thats pretty big stuff.

I guess I just wish everyone could be as fortunate as I have been.
