Just from reading posts from here at Kickas. John is given some of the feedback and if I recall correctly Dr. Kahn deliberately ate a very starchy meal in the company of Ebringer on one occasion.

I just thought I would give you the heads up in case you are able to get appointment. Did not want you to have a real eye opening experience if you mentioned you were doing diet.
