`Hi moem...I've been a swimmer my whole life and as it turns out, that's the best exercise for me, it helps with the stiffness and it keeps my muscles in good tone, I'm fortunate that we have a pool, so it makes it much easier for me and it's warm enough here to swim 6-7 months out of the year...I hope you find what works best for you....
