All I want to know are you users of Remicade have a high sed rate or esr or what ever they call it. My husband doesn
t and he did't before Remicade so maybe thats why the biologics don't work for him. He is what they call seronegative. Tested + for the gene marker HLA-B27 x-ray findings for SI involvment so I guess the dx is correct but nothing seems to help. I hear people talk of flare ups but he is I guess always in a flare, even though he doesn't show inflammation in the blood work . Just trying to understand.
