Mangosteen!! I can only get it freeze dried at a special shop called Trader Joes! I've heard that it is aMAZing fresh. Lucky you.
In terms of reading ingredients, it can be helpful to think of eating so fresh and homemade that nothing even has a list of ingredients, you know what I mean? I think that this can be a very anti-inflammatory way to eat. I feel so much better when I eat this way. For example, if my husband is eating a bunch of crackers I've got to look at all the ingredients if I want to grab a handful of 'em...but if I'm having apple slices and almonds, what you see is what you get!
