Remember the days when we could wake up, get out of bed, shower and get dressed without thinking about how lucky we were to be able to move and do things for ourselves. Not anymore. I don't know about you but this disease has definitely taught me a lesson in gratitude. Now I'm just grateful for the days that my illness is not noticable to my 3 sweet kids. And grateful to live in the year 2009 when these biological drugs are available.

Amen on gratitude for good days. Lately I've been enjoying putting on my socks without having to sit down first. Man, that's sweet. Yesterday I did some weeding, and that was awesome. I know, I know, it's work so it shouldn't be fun, but I enjoyed just being able to do things like bend over, squat, etc.
