Hi Ray,.. yes I think I know what you mean and think Rumble has given you the correct answer!
Click
My Stuff >
Watch Lists > then in the centre section beneath the menu bar, Click the top tab
Watched Topics. (It kind of looks like a title-heading rather than something clickable but if you hover over it with your mouse you will notice it is a link.)
Once you can see your Watched Topics list, you will see
Sort options on the upper left, and the
Edit Watched Topics option on the upper right.
Click on
Edit Watched Topics for options to
Delete or to turn
On Email Notifications > and then be sure to Click the
Update Watched Topics button.
It does take a little getting used to but just keep clicking on stuff.
