The article said we could take 8000-12000 of vitamin c. I'll have to work up to that. Yesterday i took 4000, and i had some serious energy! i also took a couple b-complex's throughout the day, and calcium too. i will do vit D today.
i have walmart fish oil, not sure its any good. i have taken 10x1000mg at bed and was still blasted stiff the next AM.
i'm excited. just having energy is something to cheer about!
