I absolutely have a (mini)flare right before my girl thing. For a while I just thought it was bad luck. Its happened so many times now, I'm sure of it.
I think inflammation is higher at that time anyway, because of how certain things that come in pairs get swollen, hot and painful. That's inflammation. This last month I even had swollen lymph glands in my neck. (Sorry if this is offensive, guys. When are we moving this discussion to the women's forum?)
