If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

HI! I'm 26 and was diagnosed when i was 18 but have been suffering since i was about 14! I'm going to try the NSD but I'm worried that ill lose weight, I really can't afford to lose weight because I'm already thin and losing weight would make me look sick. Is there any alternatives that can be taken to replace what you lose by cutting out the high carb starch food? Thinking about it i'd actually like to gain a bit of weight! Thanks! i see you are facing a choice: to look seek or to feel seek. NSD helps me to feel less seek. I don't care about how others see me as long as i'm better.

Remission now... Modified NSD/SCD. Cook your own ! ____________________________________________________________ Mesalazine-Salofalk 500 mg/day And the list of my medication has become verry short after some years on this diet
