Actually, I think avoiding wheat is one of the bright sides of the LSD/NSD diet efforts. Evidence is building that gluten and wheat germ agglutinin lectins are bad for long-term health, so even if my over-sensitivity to starch gets cured someday I will still try to limit wheat to special occasions. Same goes for beans, especially ones that haven't been traditionally prepared with lots of soaking etc.

Being able to eat "normally" for just a day on holidays without causing a flare would be quite sensational though!
