If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

The heel pain was my first AS symptom...10 yrs ago. Have had the plantar fascia release surgery done on both feet. Still have some problems. Have had 2 different sets of custom orthotics. Neither worked, despite multiple adjustments.
What finally helped (that's *helped*, not *cured*) is a set of cushy inserts from the New Balance store. If you have one, just go in and tell them you want the cushiest inserts they have. I also got the cushiest style of shoe they offer since I work on concrete floors. It's been quite helpful. Then the hydrocodone does *most* of the rest.
Don't know about the toes....all my metatarsal heads hurt, more than the heels hurt. Met heads are close to the toes. But that pain is usually on the bottom of the feet because it's related to the fascia being inflamed.
