Well I survived!! That is about all that can be said about my comfort level and my game yesterday..
I give the course an "OFF LIMITS" for ASers. While you do take a cart there is still a ton of walking and nothing on level ground. Nearly every hole has a major elevation change.
The game held together until the back 9. By then my right SI was reminding me that I'm not supposed to do this. And for my fellow golfers, imagine taking a swing with your right SI grinding at you. It is nearly impossible to stay down and come through the ball. You immediately want to stand up when you should be tucking that right elbow and sitting on your shot. Instead you straighten up to prevent the pain and pile drive the ball straight into the ground.
Finished the day with an 84. The course was packed. It took us 5 hours to play 18.
But it was a great day. Now where is that guy that said any day on a golf course of a great day! I'm gonna choke him..
